From the moment you open an account to the moment you make a withdrawal, your data passes through encrypted connections and access-controlled systems.

We collect your name, email, contact number and payment identifiers only when you open an account or initiate a transaction. Nothing is collected passively beyond session cookies required for the site to function correctly on your device.

Cookie Handling

Session cookies keep you logged in while you browse the lobby. Analytics cookies — which you can decline at any time in your browser settings — help us understand which pages load slowly so we can fix them faster.

Account Security

We collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth to verify your identity. If you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the transaction reference is also stored against your account for reconciliation and dispute resolution.

We share data only with payment processors handling your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with service providers who help us run the platform under strict data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or marketing networks.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the Help Centre or live chat. We will close your account and delete personal records, retaining only what financial-record law requires us to keep for the mandatory period before secure deletion.

General account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Payment records and transaction history linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are kept for the period required by applicable financial-record regulations, then securely and permanently deleted.
